How do I check my NC EBT balance online? ›

There are several ​ways to find out how much money is in your account. Look at your last store or ATM receipt (see How to Use Your Oregon Trail ​Card​ page 12). Call customer service toll-free at 888-997-4447. If you have the ebtEDGE ​mobile app, you can check your balance there.

Activation. You can call customer service at 888-622-7328. A recorded message with instructions will ask you to enter the card number, then your social security number then 4 digits to be used as your pin number (your choice).
