The G Word With Adam Conover: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Nell Minow RogerEbert.com If we don’t believe in government, it dies. We cannot believe in it if we do not understand it, and The G Word's depictions of the best and worst of government are a welcome first step. May 17, 2022 Full Review The G Word With Adam Conover: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Archi Sengupta LeisureByte.com The G Word With Adam Conover is a rather interesting watch and will leave you with quite a few thoughts. Rated: 4/5 Aug 13, 2024 Full Review The G Word With Adam Conover: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Charles Hartford But Why Tho? A Geek Community The G Word is one of the best looks at government, what it does, what it doesn’t do, and just as importantly WHY it does what it does that I’ve seen in a very long time. Rated: 8.5/10 Jan 14, 2023 Full Review The G Word With Adam Conover: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media There's a lot to be learned here, and it's a lot more entertaining than your average civics class. Rated: 4/5 Jun 8, 2022 Full Review The G Word With Adam Conover: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Joel Keller Decider Entertainingly tells people about how various government agencies help Americans, but isn’t afraid to call them out if they work against our interests. Jennifer T The tone was what you would use towards children on a Saturday morning science show. The foul language "upgraded" that to teens who hang out in basements getting drunk or high. The whole thing seemed to be produced to massively offend people of faith and people who actually care about how they come across to other people. Why Obama would produce such an alienating program is beyond my comprehension. The content of the show has been presented by others who were able to do so without alienating their audiences. Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/19/23 Full Review Jonathan G It's hard to imagine what people didn't like about it. Avid Trump supporters I guess, but he calls out all kinds of government things that don't work, even asks Obama about some of the promises he failed to deliver on. The show can be a little corny at times, but it's content is vital to our understanding of our government. What it does, what it should do, where and why it fails and why it is so important that we understand. It balances the pessimistic with the hopeful and honestly should be required viewing in schools. Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/29/23 Full Review Bo J Horrible, this guy is a low iq puppet. Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 05/20/23 Full Review Ainsley E Excellent show. Very informative and engaging. It's too bad that so many curse words are used throughout though because I can imagine teachers using clips of this show in their social studies classes otherwise. Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Thoroughly enjoyed the format and presentation style to help inform on a number of facts buried, distorted or ignored by mainstream media. More of this please. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review bill v I used to love "Adam Ruins Everything." However, Obama has ruined Adam. Trust the government. They love you and are never wrong.Feh. Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
